Qualified level 2/3 Preschool Assistant required

The hours of work will be Tuesday 08:30-15:15, Wednesday 08:45 until close, Thursday 8:30 - 15:15 and Friday 08:45 until close. It will be 4 days a week all year round and the Preschool’s opening hours are 8am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

The role will be working across both our sites at Heddington and Cherhill, so flexibility is essential, and a driving licence would be useful due to the rural locations.

The ideal person would be level 2 or 3 trained, passionate about childcare, flexible, caring, and of course have a good sense of fun. A love of the outdoors is essential as both sites are forest school sites, so enjoying getting wet and muddy in winter is a must! The role will include working as part of a self-motivating team, supporting key children and working with the EYFS.

We would like the applicant to be confident in observing, recording and in the planning of high-quality activities, so knowledge of the EYFS is essential.

So, if you possess a confident, professional friendly manner, are self-motivated and able to work in a team, we would love to hear from you.
